Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the Account, subject to the Company's anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process. The Company targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests; however, requests may take longer during high-volume periods or pending compliance review. Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The Company's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
